Mini-Adventures

This weekend we got to get out of the house and do a couple of things! On Friday Graycen and I went and met Betsy and her kids (our god-children), Connor and Catelyn, for breakfast, a trip to Babies R Us, Archivers and The Olive Garden (my favorite!!) I helped her pick out paper for her daughter, Catelyn's first birthday party (which is coming up in like 2 weeks from yesterday) It was a really good time! Here are pics of her kiddos.

Catelyn: 11 months, 2 weeks

Connor: 2 years, 10 months

Yesterday my mom, myself, my grandmother and Graycen all made a trip down to the Minneapolis Farmer's Market. The weather was quite hot, but it was so worth it. The smells were delicious - the roasted corn, grilled brats, cheese curds, fresh peaches and strawberries.... enough to make your mouth water the entire time you are there. I bought a great variety of produce. David was very thankful!

This is the face Graycen makes when the sun is too bright. We call it "the scrunchie face"

Just being adorable for the camera - not that she really has to do anything for that one!

Today when we went out, Daddy decided to "teach" Graycen how to drive. Ok, so she didn't learn anything, but she had a good time holding on to the steering wheel.
