What I Learned This Week: 2

Week number 2 of What I Learned This Week. I am following along with Sherri.

** Time really escapes you when you have two children. I wake up around 7:00 every morning and before I know it, it's midnight and I am dragging myself into bed. Parker is already going to be one month old on Tuesday. Where did the month go?

** I am loving meal planning and trying new meals. I am constantly on the look out online, in magazines and cookbooks to find new recipes. If you have a favorite you want to recommend, please send it to me or post it here!

** Graycen starts to act out and be 'naughty' when she is feeling the need for attention. This really just kicked in this week. Bleh!

** No matter how much caffeine I consume, I am still holding my eyes open with toothpicks. (I don't think the first thing I have posted helps this situation much..)

** I really, really don't want to go back to work in 2 weeks. David told me the other night that he would pick up a second job so I don't have to go to work. This came out of nowhere. He said he wants to do whatever he can to make it so I don't have to go back. What a sweetheart.

** McDonalds' Iced Mochas are super nummy! They are also very inexpensive. Watch out Starbucks and Caribou!

Thats my boy. I hate to see him do that. Because I Dad did that for years so my Mom could stay home. Us kids never saw him. Infact when I was very young, my Mom had to put me to bed early because I was afraid of my father because I never got to see much of him. I am sure that would not happen here because Dave has spent so much time with Graycen, but I would not want to see it happen with Parker, plus I don't want to see you go back to work either, but you and Dave had it kind of good with the fact that BB had him work Days and you work early evenings. Maybe you could work out different hours with BB. or something like that.

Bam, out of nowhere you post like three post, you go girl! David was really sweet to say what he did, going back to work simply sucks.

I'm still impressed that you can cook up a strom, take care of the 2 kiddos and still have time to blog!
