lemon meringue pie!!Yesterday, I wanted some so bad we had to make a stop at Baker's Square while we were out running errands, so I could buy a whole pie!
It was frozen when we brought it home so I had to wait until today to even dig in... hrmpf! When I sliced it up today and ate a piece (a small one) it was soooo tangy, sweet, tart and delicious! It's a decision I am definitely going to regret once it is gone. While it's here, though, I will eat it up with great pleasure!

I like lemon... but a whole pie I could not do. Give me a banana creme or chocolate creme pie.. not that would be completely different.
